In 2025, ICT Group launched the Future Management Program as part of a clear strategic ambition: to identify leadership potential, accelerate development, and help shape the next generation of leaders. These ambitions closely align with the values reflected in our Great Place to Work certification, where trust, collaboration, and development are crucial. 

Through the nine-month Future Management Program, we give talented employees the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles. In doing so, we create a strong breeding ground for in-house talent and reinforce ICT Group’s leadership pipeline. The program recognises ambition, stretches potential, strengthens European collaboration, and helps inspire, develop and retain talented people across the organisation. 

 

The program focuses on the knowledge, skills and behaviour needed for future leadership, including leadership development, strategic thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, organisational insight, financial understanding and awareness of the technological landscape. The participants come from different backgrounds with different perspectives. What they all have in common is a shared commitment to grow, lead, and make an impact.

Challenge and inspire 

This is a program that truly challenges, inspires and energises its participants. By combining practical experience with focused development, it offers insights that can be applied immediately in day-to-day work. Participants learn from peers, experts and real business cases, making the experience both highly relevant and immediately impactful. They strengthen their leadership capabilities, deepen their self-awareness and sharpen their ability to motivate others and collaborate effectively. By gaining a stronger understanding of ICT Group’s strategic context, they are better equipped to contribute to the organisation’s future while building a valuable cross-company network. 

Three complentary elements 
The Future Management Program combines three complementary elements: a main learning track with modules and masterclasses, a personal development track with peer-group intervision and coaching, and an action learning track in which participants work on a strategic challenge set by the Board.
